Jumprov Jam!
Monday 30 October
Performance begins: 7.30pm
Join us to celebrate Black History Month as we serve up brilliant comedy alongside some delicious food, for a fun night out this October!
Created in Birmingham, Jumprov is proudly the UK’s first Black and Brown Improv group. Every performance is made up entirely on the spot with suggestions from you, the audience.
One minute you may be watching your first date re-enacted and the next you’ll be plunged into the middle of a rap battle based on that week’s headlines – nobody knows exactly what might happen, and that’s the fun! During this performance, the group will also take inspiration from this year’s Black History Month theme ‘Saluting Our Sisters’.
Not sure what to expect? Think of shows like Mock the Week or Whose Line Is It Anyway? but with a signature Midlands twist from this side-splitting six-strong company!
This event will also include a performance by Keele Gospel Choir, who in 2018 reached the final of BBC Songs of Praise Gospel Choir of the year.
Your ticket will include the performance and your choice of food. Menu options to choose from include:
Jerk chicken, rice and peas and veg
Or
Vegan curry, rice and peas and veg
