DIRECTOR OBSERVATORY CALL OUT

The New Vic is offering up to three directors or theatre makers the opportunity to observe technical rehearsals for The Company of Wolves, to meet some of the creative team and to connect with the New Vic Theatre.  The Company of Wolves imagines Angela Carter’s gripping horror story for the stage, combining evocative soundscapes, spectacular acrobatics, and theatrical invention. 

The Director Observatory is a suitable opportunity for theatre directors or circus makers who are looking to gain experience making midscale theatre.  It provides individuals with a £800 payment for attending an 8-day observation period and an additional £500 towards expenses such as travel and accommodation.    

Key dates:

• Submission deadline Monday 19^th August at 10:00am
• Technical sessions will begin on Wednesday 11^th September until Friday 20^th September
