Education’s Easter activities spring into action at the New Vic

The New Vic Education department have been busy hosting Easter holiday workshops this week for children aged between 7 and 11.

The group have been exploring cheerful and positive stories, reflecting on what makes us happy, and what makes others smile.

As part of the workshops, the children have taken part in drama and craft activities. This included creating a spring-themed story and a mimed story to music about acts of kindness.

Craft activities included creating Easter-themed canvases, ‘positivity eggs’ with messages inside them for the children to take home, and an egg hunt around the theatre building.
