This is Edd’s first appearance at the New Vic.

Edd is a founder and Co-Artistic Director of Hikapee, a company exploring the use of aerial circus within theatre productions.

Hikapee has toured several indoor and outdoor shows, which Edd has co-directed and performed in.

Alongside running Hikapee, Edd has toured internationally with NoFit State Circus, in their show Bianco.

Edd first had a taste for circus whilst studying European Theatre Arts at Rose Bruford College. During his time there, he trained for 3 months in Tallinn at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. It was here that he first truly noticed his particular fondness for hanging upside down.

Edd is also a founding member and performer in the absurd, comedic theatre company, The Same, But Different.
